No matter what branch you serve in, no matter what your job is, you are a part of something greater than anything. you are the United States Military! You have qualities and characteristics that set you apart from the rest. You hold your head high and carry yourself with pride. Your service to this country is appreciated more than you know. No matter where you go or what you do, please know that we support you. We're thankful to be among such great men and women, and while we may not know you on a personal level...we're proud of you! Thank you for all that you do!

Brother, We thank you for honoring our Fathers. We thank you for honoring our families. We thank you for standing where others have fallen and most of all, I thank you for carrying my heart to the front line. If it were to be, I would stand with you today, where once upon a time I stood with your Father's and Brothers, I would be proud to stand with you now. The same spirit that brings you to your post has brought seven generations of my family to defend that for which you now stand. You walk a mighty path to perform a valliant deed of sacrifice, which, by your actions, speaks to the world with one resounding voice the true heart of America. Be not disheartened by that weak voice of fear from dark places. Be not swayed from your path by the confusion in the midst of political minds and vain hearts. Our purpose is and always has been one of perfect understanding. I shall not wish vain wishes in the face of absolute devotion. I shall simply pray for victory and your safe return. I shall defend your purpose with my own devotion and teach my 4 Sons to stand with honorable men, as our Fathers and Grandfathers have taught us all. And, as their Father's and Grandfathers have done for generations, as you do now, they shall do as well. Never forget that you are a respected member of my family and you shall ALWAYS be welcome in this house, at this table, and upon this land. God Bless you and your family and may GOD have NO MERCY upon your enemy. ...for you are the true Sons of GOD.
John 15:13
13 Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.
...interpreters shall try to dissuade you from the accuracy of this passage from the word of GOD, saying that a greater love exists by laying down one's life even for an enemy. My Brother, your enemy is GOD's enemy. To lay down your life to an enemy of GOD is to hate GOD and your Brother... and he who hates his Brother is a murderer. You stand as a beacon of hope in a desolate place. You stand and defend a cause greater than yourself. You honor millions past, present and yet to come. Your sevice is NOT in vain and your sacrifice is NOT a subject for ridicule or redemption.
This house votes for YOUR best interests and shall always do so. This house supports YOUR ability and well being and shall continue doing so. This family LOVES you and dont ever forget that.

To My Beloved Troops - all Branches - and all of those who support them daily.
Saying "thank you" is so inadequate - as is the english language in trying to express what all of our Soldiers and families endure to ensure my freedom and life style. Saying "come home safely" goes without saying but these words seem to be the only ones that surface on a regular basis.
My life has been dedicated to my Troops, supporting them, loving them and making sure that every Military Person I come in contact with gets a huge Thank you for your Service - hugs where they are allowed and my prayers on a daily basis to keep them safe from harm. I work to educate the masses (even one person at a time) about the needs of our active duty and our Veterans here at home. The message has to get out there that "the war doesn't end because one's tour is done" - many times that is when "his/her" war has truly just begun.
Volunteering and working with disabled and disadvantaged Veterans, sending letters, packages and emails to "MY" guys and gals - this is my way of saying thank you.
Love to each of you - bless those who keep the homefires burning. Bless those who keep me and mine wrapped in a blanket of safety and security here at home. Bless those who cannot be with their families because they are busy fighting to keep Terrorism from our shores.
May God continue to Bless you all and America.
Sincerely, Cheryl "Cat" Holbrook Oregon, Wisconsin

I just wanted to say, thank you to all that are currently serving and those that have served. You are th true heroes of this country. You are an inspiration to me to continue through college, so that after that I can call myself a soldier in the greatest military in all history. I continue to keep you in my prayers daily, and fight for your honor and respect here at home, against the anti-military scumbags here at home.

that was always one of my favorites......religious or not, most military can relate to this....embodies all the sacrifice required to be in our profession ....sometimes, the ultimate sacrifice.... "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." John 15:13

It is there in hopes that more people will locate this forum and share how they feel with those who need to know it most. If there is any problem with me doing that, please let me know. I would also like permission to post a link to this forum from my company website - www.freewebs.com/dougkendig

Any publicity anyone could offer, to this forum, would be welcome with open arms. With have an incredible vision for this message board.......in fact, it was actually birthed directly from a Group we created on facebook entitled 10,000,000 Strong for Our Troops. Soon after creating that group though, we recognized a need.........the need for military personnel, and their supporters.......to have a place to go to feel supported themselves. .......that group we had begun on Facebook, in a matter of LESS than a month......has well over 90,000 members........and, it has grown substantial with each day...... Thank you, Doug! and.....we definitely hope to see more of you around here. Melody and I (Howie) have been working extremely hard on this......and, we really do hope it'll turn into something great....... Howie
