Pepsi Pork Chops
6 pork chops 1 can of pepsi 1 cup of katchup
cut small slits in the pork chops on the top and bottom in a bowl mix the pepsi and the ketchup until well blended
pour pepsi mixture over pork chops in a large tupperware container allow to sit over night flipping once
place in a pan and bake at 350 for about an hour, or until they are done. (all ovens are different, some cook faster than others)

Get a oven bowl. Put some water in it. Put the Ramen noodles into it and let it cook on high for 3 minutes. Add ingredients plus soy sauce. Stir, let cool & enjoy. I'm pretty much a Master Chef lol!

Obviously none of us have a lot of time to cook, so I thought I would post some quick easy recipes...and please share your ideas. I seem to never know what to make even though my hubby says he'll eat anything, considering he probably already has at the chow hall.
Tasty Salad 2 cups of roman lettuce 1 sliced/chopped radish 1 sliced tomato (small) Sliced cucumber Sliced celery Sliced carrots Baked chicken no seasoning (cut breasts into strips to cook faster, bake chicken breasts at 350 degrees for 10 minutes) 2 chopped hardboiled eggs shredded cheese (any kind) Toasted almonds (you can find them in the produce section near the lettuce or fruit stands) Add your favorite dressing.
Tasty Shakes!!!! Get any of your favorite frozen fruits, I've listed a few below: Strawberry Peaches Blueberries Raspberries Black berries pineapple Vanilla or Plan yogurt skim milk Add 8 oz of skim milk 1/2 cup of yogurt 2 cups of favorite fruit Add 1 cup of ice or less (or choice) Blend together Enjoy!!!
'Soupie' Burgers .75-1 lb ground beef (with be plenty for two, with leftovers) 1 can French onion soup Hamburger buns
Brown meat with medium heat, Drain grease, put meat back in pan (simmer), add French onion soup and cook until meat is tender. Then scoop meat onto hamburger buns. These go well with fries!
Italian Chicken/Roasted Potatoes Turn oven to 375 Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towel Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings (basil, oregano & garlic) Wash and quarter small potatoes Toss with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper & spices Place chicken in pan, place potatoes on chicken, cover with lid or foil Cook for 40 minutes

Hey Mel, I've had your everything breakfast plate before Before i took the Air Force Officer's Qualifying Test, we had a breakfast. TSgt MacIvor brough that in. He said at diners they call it the "garbage plate" I just call it garbage though. It goes back and forth ;D It is actually very delicious and easy to make.
