My unit was replaced by your "Red Bulls" jenni. ya'll were some d**n funny folks too. GA Army National Guard, 48th Infantry BCT.
my advice about switching from NG to AD is that it won't happen. I tried a couple times and got turned down because they need more bodies. Unless your pretty much useless, it won't happen. Or you caused them headache and heartburn, they won't let you leave.

This time I have a deployment under my belt and I worked w/ my units FTS prior to that. They respect whatever choice I make, & the fact that my unit is overstrength will help. You don't have to be a dirt bag to get released....though it would make the process a whole lot easier! LOL

i HATE ADSW.....makes no sense to me. I'm just ready for my contract to be up because the National Guard has become an inconvenience.

I'm just ready for my contract to be up because the National Guard has become an inconvenience. lol.....that's what i said.........but, then I went and just re-enlisted....lol....i tell people it's a love-hate kind of relationship........the army sucks you in and then doesn't let go... lol....i dont know if this will fly with some military reading this...but, ill be honest...i really don't want to deploy again....im worn out from it.....so, i just kinda want to avoid my 2 years IRR time....and, then im (planning) on just getting out....lol.....we'll see how that goes....
