Okay okay okay....so, I get aggrevated... SUE ME! I DARE ya !
...cause my lawyer is on retainer and I dont go to court unless I know I can win...I want YOU to bring the case because the countersuit is FREE and my BASES ARE "ALWAYS" COVERED...
...besides, DUMMY, if YOU file first, all I gotta do is let you make an A$$ outta yerself in front of the judge and watch YOU fall on YOUR face failing to prove your case IDJIT !
Then I get to nail yer sorry A$$ to the bench with a countersuit that I spent most of my time making sure was a GUARANTEED slam dunk long before you ever tried to pull the sneaky crap...
and guess who gets to pay the court costs and my VERY EXPENSIVE lawyer fees SNICKER SNICKER SNICKER
I HATE PEOPLE THAT ARE TOO STUPID TO GO TO COURT AND THEN MAKE ME WASTE A WHOLE DAY PROVING IT !!!!
DAMMIT!!!
..and it is "INVARIABLY" the chronic complainer that is ate up with arrogance, stubbornness, and thier own sense of exxaggerated self image that makes them think they can stick it to a guy that not only knows his stuff, got 29 years of experience in the business, but, knows an idiot from a agent of good will and honest patronage.
Buddy, if I tell you the building code says I cannot roof over your structural damage, and the contract you signed says you gotta be prepared to have it fixed in order to complete the project, dont expect me to walk away without being paid for the work it took to diagnose and make repairs for you.
If I tell you I am not going to paint your house with Wal-Mart brand paint, do not expect Wal Mart brand prices for a Sherwin Williams Job. Insisting that I drop my quality by trying to blow smoke up my A$$ cause you think "paint is paint" and I should be able to do it with a $2 brush doesn't make you a victim. It makes you a dumbass.
Suing me because you think I am just another rip-off contractor that you can take advantage of, because contractors have a bad reputation in this little town, and your Brother-in-law works at the courthouse, doesn't make you immune to a countersuit for breach of contract, reputable damages, and labor expenses for unnessesary delay. DUHHHH
If you think I will not BACKCHARGE your goofy a$$ for substituting materials not listed for installation, I DARE YOU.
GRRRRRRRRRRRR
