This will link you to a phamplet that shows you how to appeal a claim if you feel it does not suffice Link: www.va.gov/vbs/bva/pamphlet.htmRead this before any exam you have at the VA. Watch for everything they test for during an exam. Mistakes can be made and it takes far too long to correct that mistake once it's on the claim. These 57 Disability Examination Worksheets are in use both by the doctors of VHA (Veterans Health Administration) who do the disability examinations and by the rating specialists, hearing officers, and Decision Review Officers of VBA (Veterans Benefits Administration) who do the disability evaluations. My right knee was diagnosed as having degenerative disease. I have never complain to the VA about it but I was told that, since I have never had anything happened to my knee after being release from the service that this could be S.C. since I was a paratrooper and my knee could have been injured then. Is this something I should consider to file a claim?
